We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means the customer has 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to request a return.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item(s) upon receipt and contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date of the order if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if the wrong item(s) was/were received so we can evaluate the issue.
We do NOT offer refunds; instead you will receive a store credit for the amount of your order, minus any shipping costs paid.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition the customer received it in and must also be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@PolishedbyLN.com. Once received we will review the request and will respond within 48 hours advising if the return is accepted. If accepted, we will then email the customer back providing instructions on where to send the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do NOT provide shipping labels nor do we pay shipping costs.
Upon receiving the return, we will inspect it for defects and signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged by the customer we reserve the right to deny the return.
If the return is approved, the customer will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your return to be processed and store credit sent.
Items that are apart of the Under $20 collection are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also not eligible for return. These are FINAL SALE.
